Thank you for shopping with URIES ATELIER. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through uriesstore.com are processed and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Some products are shipped by our fulfillment partners. Processing times may vary depending on the product, supplier, availability, and destination. If an order contains products from different suppliers, it may arrive in separate packages.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another notification when tracking information becomes available.

United States Shipping

Available shipping methods and their exact prices are displayed during checkout. Depending on the order and product, available options may include:

Standard shipping
Express shipping
Free standard shipping for qualifying orders
Supplier-calculated shipping

Standard delivery generally takes approximately 5–10 business days after processing. Express delivery is normally faster, but the estimated delivery date shown at checkout should be treated as the most accurate estimate.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to supported destinations shown during checkout. Available carriers may include USPS, DHL Express, FedEx, or a supplier-selected carrier.

International delivery generally takes approximately 7–20 business days after processing. Customs processing, carrier delays, and the destination country may extend this timeframe.

Shipping prices are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless clearly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

URIES ATELIER does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs authority for more information before ordering.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, it will be emailed to the address provided during checkout. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Supplier-fulfilled products may use different carriers, and tracking updates can vary by carrier.

Separate Packages

Products within the same order may be stored or fulfilled from different locations. As a result, an order may arrive in multiple packages and on different dates. Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Delivery Estimates

All processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, holidays, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, high order volume, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

URIES ATELIER is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at mannyurias21@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply when a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around the delivery location.
Ask household members or neighbors.
Allow up to two additional business days, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early.
Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly at mannyurias21@gmail.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

URIES ATELIER is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will make a reasonable effort to help you contact the carrier or fulfillment partner.
